Connecting all Indian Universities through V-Sat for resource sharing,listserves,bulletin boards,video conferencing among academicians,researchers and students.Runs on initiative by UGC with its headquaters at University of Gujrat, Ahemdabad, India connects libraries, information centres and academicians. The site provides information services, activities, Indian Universities, online and offline database access, and discussion forum.
